2. About Sheltirx

Sheltirx supplies industrial fabric structures, container canopies, storage tents, and related shelter systems for commercial, industrial, agricultural, construction, government, and military applications.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance.

  • Freight, taxes, duties, customs charges, installation, and site preparation costs may be quoted separately unless expressly included.

  • Obvious pricing errors may be corrected at any time before order acceptance.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are not confirmed until accepted by Sheltirx.

  • Full payment or agreed deposit payments must be received before production or shipment commences.

  • Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the order.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Sheltirx until payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates provided by Sheltirx are estimates only.

Sheltirx shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Port congestion

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable site access and unloading equipment are available unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damage, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographs.

Failure to notify Sheltirx within this period may affect the ability to process claims.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Sheltirx Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-engineered, bespoke, and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has commenced.

8. Product Use & Installation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.

  • Following all installation instructions and engineering documentation.

  • Complying with local building regulations, permits, zoning requirements, and safety standards.

Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow provided instructions may void warranties and limit liability.

9. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Sheltirx products are supplied with:

  • 10-Year Fabric Warranty

  • 5-Year Spare Parts Warranty

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Accidental damage

  • Storm, flood, fire, or other extreme weather events beyond design limits

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Drawings

is owned by Sheltirx or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

In all circumstances, Sheltirx's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the products giving rise to the claim.

  • Strikes

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Transportation interruptions
