Terms of Sale

All purchases made from Sheltirx are final.

Because our structures and equipment are commercial/industrial products that are allocated, prepared, or manufactured specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or cancellations on any payments made.

This applies to:

  • Deposits (non-refundable in all circumstances)

  • Part-payments

  • Full payments

  • Standard stock units

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Once any payment is made — including a deposit — the order becomes binding and irreversible.

Sheltirx is not responsible for delays caused by parts, repairs, logistics, or transportation providers. Preparation and transportation may be organised on your behalf, but insurance remains the buyer’s responsibility.

If Sheltirx is unable to supply the product due to our own fault, we will issue a refund.

No other refunds, returns, or cancellations are provided.

All sales are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Delivery Charges

Sheltirx reserves the right not to fulfill any order for any reason. If an order is declined, any funds transferred will be refunded in full.

Materials must not be altered, separated from accompanying text, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Authors and contributors must always be acknowledged. Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of use rights, and copies must be returned or destroyed.
