FAQ
These are the most common questions we get asked. If you don’t see the answer you’re looking for, contact us and our team will be happy to help.
What foundations are needed?
It depends on your site and structure type. In most cases container shelters typically uses two shipping containers as supports, storage tents and fabric buildings can fix to concrete, blocks or posts.
Do I need a permit?
Many US jurisdictions treat these as temporary structures but may still require a permit, engineering letter and site plan. We’ll support with drawings, load data and documentation; your GC or AHJ confirms local requirements.
How long does installation take?
Installation timeframes vary. Typically container shelters and industrial storage tents install in days once onsite for common sizes. Fabric building installation times depend on size, access and product specifications. As a guideline, medium sized structures are usually built within 1-2 weeks.
What's your lead time?
Stocked container canopies and storage shelters tents can be delivered within 10 working days. Custom projects lead times vary with design/fabrication (often 6–10 weeks). We can stage delivery around your program and site access windows.
Do you offer custom structures?
Absolutely. Every structure type we offer is customisable to suit each projects needs.
What fabric and steel do you use?
Heavy-duty PVC/PVDF/PTFE fabric (UV-stable, fire-rated options) with hot-dip galvanized steel frames. Frames can be single or double-truss depending on span and load.
What industries do you serve?
We support all industries needing our fabric buildings. Our most common are: Construction & infrastructure, logistics & distribution, aggregates & quarrying, utilities & energy, agriculture & ranching, and government and defence. Typical uses: loading canopies, bulk material storage, equipment maintenance cover, site compounds, and temporary works.
Container shelter or storage shelter which is best for my yard?
Use a container canopy when you already have ISO containers on site and need rapid, rugged cover with minimal groundworks. Choose storage tents for larger clear spans, enclosed sides, or warehouse-style storage.
How quickly can you quote and confirm lead time?
The same day. Once you share your site location, target size (width × length × height), use case and any wind/snow requirements. We’ll return an itemised quote with our plan for your project.
