INSTANT COVER FOR XYLEM WITH A 30 × 60 ft STORAGE SHELTER
Xylem required additional covered storage space to keep equipment, materials and operational supplies protected and organised. Existing indoor capacity was limited, creating the need for a dedicated storage area that could be added quickly without the cost and disruption associated with conventional construction.
Creating More Usable Storage Space
A 30 × 60 ft fully enclosed shelter was selected to provide 1,800 sq ft of additional protected storage. The clear-span interior maximises the available floor area with no internal columns, allowing equipment, pallets and materials to be arranged efficiently while maintaining clear access throughout the building.

Designed for Simple, Practical Access
The structure was configured with a large front opening to make moving equipment and materials in and out straightforward. Its enclosed sides and roof provide protection from rain, wind and changing weather conditions, helping keep stored assets protected from the elements.
A Flexible Solution for Additional Capacity
The completed shelter provided Xylem with a practical extension to its existing storage infrastructure without requiring a permanent building project. Its large open interior can be adapted as storage requirements change, providing valuable additional capacity for equipment, materials and day-to-day operational needs.
